Welcome to Lucky97. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky97 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Lucky97 website and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services available at lucky97.biz.

Lucky97 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino games, crash games, Ludo, Teen Patti, and esports betting to eligible players. All transactions on the Lucky97 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment methods available include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard.

These Terms apply to every player who registers an account on Lucky97, regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by Lucky97. By completing the Lucky97 registration process, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• All information you have provided to Lucky97 during registration is accurate and complete.

To register and maintain an active account on Lucky97, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

• One account per household: Lucky97 permits only one account per household address as a general guideline. Households with multiple adult players wishing to register must contact support before doing so.
• Accurate information: All registration details — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment information — must be accurate and your own. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Lucky97 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage — including copies of CNIC, proof of address, or payment method ownership confirmation — before processing withdrawals or awarding bonuses. Verification requests are a standard industry practice and are not an indication of any accusation against the player.

Your Lucky97 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, lent to, or accessed by any other person. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Lucky97 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

Password security: You must use a strong, unique password for your Lucky97 account — one that you do not use for any other service. Lucky97 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available free of charge from your account security settings.

Updating information: If any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number or bank account details — you must update your Lucky97 profile immediately. Lucky97 cannot be held responsible for failed payouts or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Account dormancy: A Lucky97 account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Lucky97 will attempt to contact you on your registered mobile number before classifying the account as dormant. Dormant accounts remain accessible — simply log in to reactivate.

Closing your account: You may request closure of your Lucky97 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is confirmed. Self-exclusion (separate from account closure) is described under Section 8.

All Lucky97 financial transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Lucky97 does not accept or issue foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfers, typically processed within 5 minutes
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfers, typically processed within 5 minutes
• NayaPay — digital wallet, same-day processing
• SadaPay — Visa-backed mobile wallet, same-day processing
• Bank IBFT — all major Pakistani banks, processed within 1–4 hours
• Visa / Mastercard — Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification steps for security purposes.

Minimum withdrawal: Lucky97 does not apply a minimum withdrawal threshold to standard player withdrawals. You may withdraw your entire balance at any time.

Withdrawal processing: Lucky97 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 1–4 hours for IBFT transfers. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawal verification: Lucky97 may hold a withdrawal for additional verification if the amount is significantly larger than the player's historical activity, if the account has been flagged for security review, or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. Players are notified immediately if a withdrawal is placed on temporary hold.

Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal after funds have been used for betting or gaming on Lucky97 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. Lucky97 reserves the right to recover any amount unlawfully reversed through legal means.

Lucky97 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion in addition to these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Welcome bonus eligibility: The Lucky97 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is considered fraud and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

Wagering requirements: All Lucky97 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

Game contribution rates: Different Lucky97 game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Casino games vary — slots often at 100%, live baccarat at 10–15%, and Ludo at a rate specified per promotion. Bonus expiry: All Lucky97 bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 or 30 days depending on the promotion. If wagering requirements are not met within the expiry period, both the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus are forfeited.

VIP programme: Lucky97's tiered VIP programme rewards consistent play with weekly cashback, higher withdrawal limits, dedicated support, and exclusive promotions. VIP tier assignment is at Lucky97's discretion based on wagering volume. Lucky97 may adjust tier thresholds at any time.

All bets and wagers placed on Lucky97 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific and game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Lucky97 system. A confirmation message and bet reference number are issued immediately upon acceptance. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not valid, regardless of the odds displayed at the time of placing.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet amounts vary by market and game — typically from Rs 50 on sports markets and Rs 100 on casino games. Maximum stake limits are published per market and are subject to change at Lucky97's discretion, particularly for high-liquidity events such as PSL finals or international cricket.

Odds and market changes: Lucky97 sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. If a price has moved between your bet request and system confirmation, Lucky97 will confirm at the new price for markets where "best odds" acceptance is enabled, or notify you of the change for manual acceptance.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, market suspension, venue change affecting the nature of the event, clear pricing errors, or technical errors affecting the platform. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's Lucky97 wallet in full.

Casino and live games: All Lucky97 casino games — including live baccarat, Teen Patti, and crash games — are operated using certified random number generators or live dealer feeds from verified providers. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes about game results must be raised within 24 hours of the session ending.

Ludo games: Lucky97 Ludo dice outcomes are generated by an independently certified RNG. Disconnection grace periods of 60 seconds apply. Players who remain disconnected beyond the grace period forfeit their turn — the game continues to its conclusion and the result is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky97 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Lucky97 account.
• Providing false identity or contact information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the Lucky97 system.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets or interact with Lucky97 games.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events whose outcome you have the ability to influence.
• Colluding with other players in card games, Ludo rooms, or any multiplayer format on Lucky97.
• Laundering funds through Lucky97's deposit and withdrawal systems.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used on Lucky97.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Lucky97 account to any other person.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards Lucky97 staff or other players.

Lucky97 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. The platform recognises that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling habits and takes its duty of care in this regard very seriously.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Lucky97 content without the express written permission of Lucky97. Unauthorised use of Lucky97 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Lucky97 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime and fast, accurate services, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Lucky97 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Decisions made by a player to place bets or wagers — all betting decisions are made voluntarily and at the player's own risk.
• Losses or delays caused by the player's internet connection, device, or mobile network.
• The actions of third-party payment providers in processing Lucky97 deposits or withdrawals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky97's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Lucky97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match fixing activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested.
• Court order or regulatory direction requiring account suspension.
• Player request for self-exclusion.
• Player request for account closure.

Where an account is suspended for breach of Terms, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, funds obtained through that breach will be forfeited. Any legitimately deposited funds not linked to prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the investigation concludes.

Lucky97 will attempt to notify players of account suspension via the registered mobile number. In cases involving suspected fraud or criminal activity, Lucky97 may be legally prevented from providing advance notice or detailed reasons for the suspension.

Lucky97 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Lucky97 will notify registered players via the mobile number on file — either by SMS or in-platform notification — at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to address urgent security or fraud concerns.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of Lucky97 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

Archived versions of previous Lucky97 Terms are available on request from the support team. Lucky97 maintains a record of all Terms versions and the dates they were in effect.
